3-Ingredient No-Churn NESQUIK Ice Cream

Serves 32 per flavour

INGREDIENTS

For the strawberry NESQUIK ice cream:

2 cups cream

½ tin (190g) NESTLÉ Full Cream Sweetened Condensed Milk

8 tbsp NESQUIK Strawberry Flavoured Drink

For the chocolate NESQUIK ice cream:

2 cups cream

½ tin (190g) NESTLÉ Full Cream Sweetened Condensed Milk

8 tbsp NESQUIK Chocolate Flavoured Drink

Serving suggestion:

32 mini cones

METHOD

In a chilled bowl, whip the cream with a handheld mixer until stiff peaks form.
Carefully fold the condensed milk into the cream.
Flavour the cream mixture with either NESQUIK Strawberry Flavoured Drink or NESQUIK Chocolate Flavoured Drink. Stir the NESQUIK through until fully incorporated.
Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe dish/ice cream tub and freeze for 5-6 hours or overnight for best result.
Remove the ice cream from the freezer 3-5 minutes before serving.
Scoop a small scoop of ice cream onto a mini cone and sprinkle lightly with sprinkles. Repeat with the remaining ice cream and cones.
Serve on a summer’s day and ENJOY!
