3-Ingredient Festive Punches 2-Ways

3-INGREDIENT CRANBERRY G&T PUNCH

 

Serves 6

Hands-on time: 20 minutes

Hands-off time: 10 minutes

 

INGREDIENTS

 

5 shots (30ml each) gin

1 bottle (1 litre) Schweppes Indian Tonic Water

2 cups cranberry juice

 

Serving suggestion:
Strawberries, thinly sliced

Basil leaves

 

Extra:

Ice

 

METHOD

 

  1. Add 5-6 cups of ice to a large punch bowl, filling ¾ full.

  2. Pour in the gin, Schweppes Indian Tonic Water and cranberry juice and stir using a ladle.
    *Chef’s tip: You can leave out the gin for a mocktail version.

  3. Add the strawberries and basil leaves into the punch, if using.

  4. Serve the punch bowl immediately using a ladle and ENJOY!

3-INGREDIENT CUCUMBER MOJITO PUNCH
 

Serves 6

Hands-on time: 20 minutes

Hands-off time: 10 minutes

 

INGREDIENTS

 

20 mint leaves

5 shots (30ml each) white rum

1½ bottles (1,5 litres) Schweppes Cucumber Flavoured Tonic Water Drink

 

Serving suggestion:

Cucumber, thinly sliced ribbons

Lemons, sliced into rounds

 

Extra:

Ice

 

METHOD

 

  1. Add 5-6 cups of ice to a large punch bowl, filling ¾ full.

  2. Lay the mint leaves in between the ice and along the sides of the bowl

  3. Pour the white rum and Schweppes Cucumber Flavoured Tonic Water into the punch bowl. Stir using a ladle. *Chef’s tip: Leave out the white rum for a mocktail version.

  4. Add the cucumber slices and lemon rounds into the punch, if using.

  5. Serve the punch bowl immediately and ENJOY!
