INGREDIENTS:

 

5 slabs (80g each) NESTLÉ Milkybar Chocolate

¾ tin (288g) NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk

6 tbsp NESTLÉ NESQUIK Strawberry Flavoured Drink

6 tbsp NESTLÉ NESQUIK Chocolate Flavoured Drink


METHOD
 

  1. Line a medium baking dish (15cm x 15cm) with baking paper, the sides hanging slightly over the edges.

  2. Break the white chocolate into smaller cubes and add it to a medium heat-proof bowl along with the condensed milk. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted.

  3. Divide the melted chocolate and condensed milk mixture equally between three bowls.

  4. Mix the NESTLÉ NESQUIK Strawberry Flavoured Drink with 2-3 tsp of hot water to make a paste. Do the same with the NESTLÉ NESQUIK Chocolate Flavoured Drink in a separate bowl.

  5. Mix the chocolate NESQUIK paste into one bowl of the condensed milk and chocolate mixture and stir until well combined.

  6. Mix the strawberry NESQUIK paste into one bowl of the condensed milk and chocolate mixture and stir until well combined.

  7. Keep the third bowl of condensed milk and chocolate mixture plain. Loosen with 2 teaspoons of hot water, if needed.

  8. If you find the fudge is too thick to spoon into the dish, microwave it for 30 seconds and mix well. Spoon the plain white chocolate fudge mixture into the prepared dish, spreading it evenly and smoothly with a spatula. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes to just set before adding the next layer.

  9. Spoon the chocolate NESQUIK fudge over the plain fudge layer. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes to just set before adding the final layer.

  10. Lastly, finish off with the strawberry NESQUIK layer on top and refrigerate for 4 hours, or until set.

  11. Once set, cut into 1.5 x 1.5cm cubes.

  12. Serve with a glass of your favourite flavour NESQUIK milk and ENJOY!
