Makes 12 pancakes
INGREDIENTS:
5 tbsp NESTLÉ Cremora Original
4 cups water
3 cups cake flour
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
Serving suggestion:
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
Syrup, optional
Lemon wedges, optional
METHOD:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the NESTLÉ Cremora powder, water, cake flour, eggs and baking powder and blend with a handheld mixer until smooth and lump-free.

Allow the batter to stand, covered, for 30 minutes.

Preheat a large greased pan over a medium heat.

Ladle ½ cup pancake batter into the pan, swirling to allow it to spread and coat the pan.

Allow to cook for 30 seconds, or until bubbles start to form on the surface. Flip the pancake and cook the other side until golden brown in colour, another 30 seconds.

Repeat until the pancake batter is finished.

Combine the sugar and ground cinnamon and sprinkle over each pancake with a squeeze of lemon, if desired, before rolling up into cigar shapes.

Drizzle over some syrup if you simply can’t have pancakes any other way, and ENJOY!
