Boozy Blender Ice-Cream 4 Ways

Vanilla Chocolate Ice Cream:

 

Ingredients:

 

3 cups sliced bananas, frozen
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 ¼ cup cream, of choice
1 can condensed milk
80 ml SKYY Infusions, Vanilla Bean vodka

 

Recipe:

 

1. Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.

 

2. Pour the mixture into a loaf tin and freeze for 5 hours or until frozen.

 

3. Allow ice cream to thaw for 2-5 minutes.

 

4. Serve and enjoy!

 

Peach Ice Cream:

 

Ingredients:

 

3 cups chopped peaches, frozen
1 ¼ cup cream, of choice
1 can condensed milk
80 ml SKYY Infusions, Peach vodka

 

Recipe:

 

1. Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.

 

2. Pour the mixture into loaf tin and freeze for 5 hours until frozen.

 

3. Allow ice cream to thaw for 2-5 minutes.

 

4. Serve and enjoy!

 

Raspberry Ice Cream:

 

Ingredients:

 

3 cups raspberries, frozen
1 ¼ cup cream, of choice
1 can condensed milk
80 ml SKYY Infusions, Raspberry vodka

1. Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.

 

2. Pour the mixture into loaf tin and freeze for 5 hours or until frozen.

 

3. Allow ice cream to thaw for 2-5 minutes.

Pineapple Ice Cream: 

 

Ingredients

 

3 cups pineapple, cut into cubes (core removed) and frozen

1 ¼ cup cream, of choice
1 can condensed milk
80 ml SKYY Infusions, Pineapple vodka

 

Recipe:

 

1. Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.

 

2. Pour the mixture into loaf tin and freeze for 5 hours or until frozen.

 

3. Allow ice cream to thaw for 2-5 minutes.

 

4. Serve and enjoy!

 

To serve:

Sugar cones

Dark chocolate slab - melted

 

Prep the sugar cones:

 

1. Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave

 

2. Drizzle into the sugar cones and swirl to coat the inside of the cones evenly

 

3. Stand upside down on a foil lined baking dish and place in the fridge to set.
