5 cups ice cubes
3 tbsp Rose’s Lime
1 cup coconut cream
Toasted coconut flakes
1. Toast coconut flakes in a pan over a medium heat, until golden and set aside.
2. Add the ice, lime cordial & coconut cream to a blender and blend until smooth.
3. Rim the chilled serving glasses with toasted coconut flakes.
4. Pipe the mixture into the glasses.
5. Garnish with fresh lime slices and a sprinkling of toasted coconut and ENJOY!
