Peaches & Cream Jelly Cups

Serves 16

Hands-off time: 3 hours

 

INGREDIENTS

 

1 packet (80g) peach flavoured jelly

½ tin (190g) NESTLÉ Dessert & Cooking Cream

1 tin (410g) tinned peaches, reduced sugar

 

Serving suggestion:
Fresh mint leaves

 

METHOD

 

  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, dissolve the packet of peach-flavoured jelly in 1 cup of hot water, mixing until smooth.*Chef’s Tip: Any jelly flavour can be used!

  2. Mix through the NESTLÉ Dessert & Cooking Cream until well combined with the jelly.

  3. Chop the peaches into bite-size chunks before setting aside about 3 tbsp and mix the rest of the pieces and the syrup from the tin into the creamy jelly mixture.

  4. Divide the mixture between the serving glasses, filling 2/3rds of the way. Carefully place the glasses into the fridge for about 3 hours or until firm to the touch.

  5. When ready to serve, garnish each dessert cup with a remaining peach wedge and a mint leaf. Serve chilled, and ENJOY!
