INGREDIENTS
8 biscuits Bokomo Weet-Bix Original or Bokomo Weet-Bix Cocoa
2 cups black coffee
¼ cup honey
1 cup medium-fat cream cheese, softened
1 cup plain yoghurt

Cocoa powder
METHOD
1. In a mixing bowl, add lightly crushed Bokomo Weet-Bix Original or Bokomo Weet-Bix Cocoa, 4 teaspoons of honey and coffee. Stir until combined and set aside.
2. In another mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, yoghurt and remaining honey and whisk until combined.
3. Divide half of the weet-bix mixture between 4 meal-prep jars or containers. Divide half of the cream cheese-yoghurt mixture for the second layer. Repeat this step to form 4 layers per jar.
4. Dust the top of the breakfast tiramisu with cocoa powder and allow them to set for at least 1 hour in the fridge, or overnight if meal-prepping.
5. Once set, grab a spoon and ENJOY!
