Sparkling Spritzers 3 Ways

Homemade Blueberry Lemonade

 

Ingredients:

 

2 tsps. honey 

2 lemons, squeezed 

½ cup blueberries mashed

500ml Valpré Sparkling Mineral Water

 

Method: 

 

1. Squeeze lemon juice into a bowl discarding seeds. 

 

2. Pour the fresh lemon juice into a decanter with honey and stir.

 

3. Add the blueberries. 

 

4. Pour the Valpré Sparkling Water over the top. 

 

5. Stir to combine. 

 

6. Pour into individual chilled serving glasses with crushed ice and fresh thyme to garnish. ENJOY!

 

Zesty Coconut Spritzer 

 

Ingredients: 

 

1 cup coconut water

1 orange, sliced into small pieces

1 tsp honey

500ml Valpré Sparkling Mineral Water 

Lime slices, garnish 

Maple syrup, to garnish

 

Method: 

 

1. Slice the orange into small pieces.

 

2. Place them in a wide bottomed decanter and muddle. 

Add honey and muddle to combine. 

 

3. Pour coconut water over the top followed by Valpré Sparkling Water.

 

4. Pour into individual chilled serving glasses, rimmed with maple syrup. 

 

5. Serve with lime slices to garnish. ENJOY!

 

Sparkling Rooibos Iced Tea 

 

Ingredients: 

 

2 tsps. honey

2 slices lemon

2 Rooibos tea bags

500ml Valpré Sparkling Mineral Water 

Mint leaves 

 

Method: 

 

1. Pour ¼ cup boiling water over one tea bags and allow to infuse until very strong.

 

2. Remove the bag and add honey and stir, add lemon slices. 

 

3. Pour the Valpré Sparkling Water over the top and garnish with a few mint leaves. 

 

4. Pour into individual chilled serving glasses with crushed ice, lime slices & sprigs of fresh mint. ENJOY!
