INGREDIENTS

1 cup full fat plain yoghurt

1 jar/pouch (200ml/150ml) Purity Four Fruits 

OR Purity Mixed Berry & Oats Brekki 

OR Purity Apple, Banana & Oats Brekki

METHOD

1. Line a baking tray with baking paper and set aside. *Chef’s Tip: Choose a baking tray that can easily fit in the freezer.


2. In a mixing bowl, add the yoghurt and Purity jar or pouch of choice and mix until combined.


3. Place a zip-lock bag inside a glass and fold the top of the bag over the lip of the glass. This will provide ease when filling the bag. Transfer the yoghurt mixture to the zip-lock bag, seal the bag and remove it from the glass.


4. Using scissors, cut a small piece off the corner of the bag. Carefully pipe large button-sized drops over the prepared baking tray, ensuring they are spaced out.


5. Freeze the tray for at least 2 hours for the drops to completely solidify. Once frozen, transfer all the drops to a freezer-friendly container and store in the freezer.


6. Serve a few drops at a time, as they melt quickly and ENJOY!
