3-Ingredient Jelly Spritz

INGREDIENTS


½ box (20g) raspberry flavoured jelly

14 pieces fruit of choice, plus extra to garnish

4 cans (200ml each) Schweppes Lemonade Flavoured Drink

Fresh herbs, of choice (optional)


METHOD


1. In a medium-sized jug, dissolve the raspberry flavoured jelly powder into 1 cup of boiling water and set aside to cool slightly.

2. In a 14-hole ice tray, add the fruit of choice to each ice cube hole along with any fresh herbs. Fill the ice cube tray with the jelly mixture and freeze for 4 hours or until fully set. *Chef’s Tip: Be creative and add any fruit & herbs, if preferred!

3. Add 3-4 jelly ice cubes to a glass and top with Schweppes Lemonade Flavoured Drink. Garnish with extra fruit & herbs and ENJOY!
