Choc-Mint Custard Pots

INGREDIENTS 


2 cups Danone Ultra Mel Custard Flavoured Dessert Original

1/3 cup tinned caramel dessert

1 packet (220g) coconut biscuits, crushed

2 bars (49g each) peppermint chocolate, finely chopped, plus extra for serving 


METHOD 


  1. In a mixing bowl, add the Danone Ultra Mel Custard Flavoured Dessert Original and the caramel dessert and whisk until smooth and creamy.


  2. Add 2 tablespoons of crushed biscuits to the base of 4 small dessert glasses. Add 1 tablespoon of peppermint chocolate for the next layer. Add 2 tablespoons of the caramel custard over the chocolate layer. Repeat these 3 layers until the glass is full.


  3. Refrigerate the desserts for 4 hours until set.


  4. Once set, garnish with extra chopped peppermint chocolate and sprigs of mint, and ENJOY!
