Creamy Chilli Chicken Noodles

Serves 4

Hands-off time: 3 minutes


2 packets (68g each) Maggi Durban Curry Flavoured 2 Minute Noodles

2 cups shredded cooked chicken

2 tbsp Maggi Original Chilli Sauce

2 tbsp plain yoghurt

Serving suggestion:

Fresh spring onion, chopped


1. Add the Maggi Durban Curry Flavoured 2 Minute Noodles into a microwave-safe bowl before pouring 2 cups of boiling water over the noodles. Microwave the noodles for 2-3 minutes or until nearly al dente. *Chef’s Tip: Any flavour of 2 Minute Noodles can be used.

2. Add the curry spice sachet, shredded chicken, Maggi Original Chilli Sauce and yoghurt. Stir until well combined. *Chef’s Tip: Leftover cooked vegetables can also be added, if preferred.

3. Microwave for 1 minute to ensure the creamy chilli sauce is well incorporated and the spice sachet has dissolved into the sauce.

4. Serve the noodles with chopped spring onion, and ENJOY!
