4 tsp NESTLÉ Caramel Treat Dairy Dessert
1 sachet (20g) NESTLÉ Hot Chocolate Peppermint Crisp Flavoured Drink
8 tbsp NESTLÉ Ideal Evaporated Milk, refrigerated overnight
4 cups low fat milk
2 cubes (15g) NESTLÉ Peppermint Crisp Bar
1. Neatly smear the NESTLÉ Caramel Treat on the inside of the small glasses.
2. Add the contents of the NESTLÉ Hot Chocolate Peppermint Crisp Flavoured Drink and the NESTLÉ Ideal Evaporated Milk to a bowl and whisk using an electric mixer until a mousse-like consistency is achieved.
*Chef’s Tip: Place the mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for a half an hour before whisking and ensure that the evaporated milk is cold.
3. Warm the milk in the microwave for about 2 minutes and pour it into the glasses, filling each three-quarters full.
4. Carefully spoon the peppermint crisp dalgona onto the warm milk in the cups.
5. As a garnish, break the cubes of Peppermint Crisp into chunks and sprinkle this onto the dalgona.
6. Serve the peppermint crisp style hot chocolate dalgona and ENJOY!
