INGREDIENTS

4 large bananas, peeled

1 cup smooth peanut butter, melted

4 cups Kellogg’s® Rice Krispies Vanilla Flavour


Serving suggestion:
Fresh Mint

METHOD

1.  Line a 12-hole muffin tray with cupcake liners.


2. In a mixing bowl, mash 3 bananas until smooth. Add in ¾ cup of the peanut butter and mix until combined.


3. Pour the Kellogg’s® Rice Krispies Vanilla Flavour into the bowl, and fold in to combine.


4. Divide the mixture evenly amongst the muffin liners, pressing into a cup shape with a hollow centre. *Chef’s Tip: Use the bottom of a shot glass to achieve this shape!


5. Add a teaspoon of peanut butter to each cup. Slice 1 banana into 12 slices and arrange the banana slices on top of the peanut butter.


6. Place in the freezer for at least an hour or until firmly set.


7. Arrange on a platter and garnish with mint or pop one into a lunchbox and ENJOY!
