INGREDIENTS
2 cups Fruitree Guava Nectar Blend
6 tbsp gelatine powder
METHOD
1. In a small pot, add the Fruitree Guava Nectar Blend and sprinkle the gelatine powder over the juice. Allow the gelatine to “bloom”, by letting it sit for 10 minutes.
2. Place the pot on low heat, and whisk until the gelatine has dissolved. *Chef’s Tip: avoid boiling the liquid as this will prevent the jelly from setting!
3. Pour the mixture into a lightly greased 20cm square baking dish and refrigerate for 1 hour.
4. Once the jelly has set, flip it over onto a cutting board and neatly slice into 64 squares.
5. Serve as the perfect sweet treat and ENJOY!
