INGREDIENTS

4 mielies on the cob

½ cup (75g) mayonnaise

½ bag (67g) NikNaks Flamin' Hot Chilli Flavoured Maize Snack


SERVING SUGGESTION:

Fresh lime juice

METHOD

1. Prepare the braai for direct cooking over medium heat (180°C).


2. Fold the husks on the mielie back over itself creating a handle to use to braai the mielies. Remove any stringy fibers from the mielies and set aside.


3. Brush the mielies entirely with mayonnaise.


4. Braai the mielies on medium-high heat allowing the corn to char slightly.


5. While the mielies braai, open the NikNaks Flamin' Hot Chilli Flavoured Maize Snack and add half to a bowl to snack on while braaing. Using a rolling pin, crush the remaining chips in the bag into a coarse crumbs and transfer the crumbs to a large plate.


6. Once the mielies are cooked, remove from the heat and roll in crushed chips, coating the mielies completely.


7. Transfer to a serving dish, serve and ENJOY!
