INGREDIENTS

2½ cups Kellogg’s® Fruit Mix Granola
1 cup peanut butter
½ cup honey

Serving suggestion:
Tea

METHOD

1. Add the Kellogg’s® Fruit Mix Granola to a large mixing bowl. *Chef’s Tip: Any other Kellogg’s® cereal can be used as a replacement.


2. Add the peanut butter and honey to a separate heatproof bowl and microwave for 2 minutes, stirring in 30-second intervals until melted together.


3. Pour the warm melted mixture over the granola and stir until well combined. *Chef’s Tip: Add any other additions, like cinnamon or chocolate chips, at this point.


4. Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Place spoonfuls of the mixture evenly onto the lined baking tray, spread slightly apart.


5. Gently flatten each spoonful using the back of a wooden spoon, they should be about 5cm in diameter. Using your fingers, shape around the cookie to neaten the edges. Refrigerate for an hour to firm up.


6. Remove from the fridge and ENJOY! *Chef’s Tip: These cookies can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container for 2-3 days!
