2 cups low fat milk
½ cup (125g) plain yoghurt, plus extra for the garnish
½ cup White Star Instant Maize Porridge Strawberry Flavour
1 large banana, peeled
6 medium strawberries, quartered
Serving suggestion:
Strawberry jam, optional
Mint leaves
METHOD
1. Add the milk, yoghurt, White Star Instant Maize Porridge Strawberry Flavour, peeled banana, 6 fresh strawberries and ⅓ cup of ice to a blender. *Chef’s Tip: Frozen strawberries can be used instead.
2. Blend until smooth, about 2 minutes. In the meantime, smear 2 tablespoons of jam into each glass creating a drizzle effect.
3. Divide the strawberry shake between two large glasses and place 1 tablespoon of plain yoghurt, a mint leaf and fresh strawberries on top. Serve immediately and ENJOY!
