3 HR - OVERNIGHT

INGREDIENTS

½ cup (50g) Safari Flaked Almonds

2 cups (500g) plain yoghurt

½ cup (70g) Safari Fruit Flakes
¼ cup (60g) white chocolate, melted

METHOD

1. Heat a dry pan over medium heat and add the Safari Flaked Almonds. Toast for 3–5 minutes, stirring often, until they turn golden brown and smell nutty and fragrant. Set aside to cool.


2. Line a baking tray or shallow dish with baking paper. Spoon in the yoghurt and spread it out to about 1 cm thick.


3. Scatter the Safari Fruit Flakes and cooled toasted Safari Flaked Almonds over the yoghurt.


4. Take the melted white chocolate and drizzle it over the yoghurt and toppings using a fork or spoon.


5. Place the tray in the freezer for at least 3 hours, or overnight for a firmer set.


6. Once set, lift the bark from the tray using the baking paper and break or cut into shards or squares.


7. Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the freezer. ENJOY!
