3 tbsp melted butter
3 tbsp brown sugar (optional)
½ cup plain yoghurt
1½ cups Purity Jungle Oats Original
½ tsp baking powder
1 pouch (110ml) Purity Mixed Berries
SERVING SUGGESTION:

METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C on fan-assist and line a loaf tin with baking paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, add the melted butter, optional sugar and yoghurt and whisk until combined. Add the Purity Jungle Oats Original and mix until a thick, crumbly dough has formed.
3. Add ¾ of the dough to the prepared loaf tin and gently press to form an even base. Squeeze the Purity Mixed Berries over the base and use the back of the spoon to spread it into an even layer. Sprinkle the remaining dough over the berry layer. Lightly press the crumbled dough into the berry layer.
4. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
5. Allow the bake to cool completely before slicing into 8 squares.
6. Serve with veggie sticks or snacks of choice and ENJOY!
