INGREDIENTS
4 tbsp Cremora Coffee Creamer
2 tbsp hot sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
For the Tuna Salad:
1 can tuna, drained
1/4 cup onion, diced
1/4 cup celery, diced
2 white flour wraps
2 lettuce leaves
1 tomato, sliced
1/4 cup spinach leaves, optional
METHOD
1. In a small bowl, whisk the Cremora, hot sauce and lemon juice together. Let it sit for 1 minute; the acidity will thicken the Cremora into a heavy, mayo-like cream. *Chef’s Tip: the hot sauce adds adds heat and the acid needed to thicken the Cremora
2. Add the diced onion and celery to the Cremora mixture. Mix until well-coated and season with salt and pepper. Chef’s Tip: use grated carrot instead of celery if preferred
3. Lay out the wraps and layer with lettuce, tomato, and spinach. Scoop the tuna mixture onto the center. Fold the sides of the wraps inward and roll tightly.
4. Slice in half, serve and ENJOY!
