1 ½ cups Vital Health Foods Granola Crunchy Original

1 tbsp coconut oil, melted


Filling

1 ½ cups fat-free smooth cottage cheese

2 tbsp honey

2 scoops Vital Health Foods Collagen Boost Powder (Approx. 20g)

1 tsp vanilla essence


SERVING SUGGESTION:

½ cup granadilla pulp (fresh or store-bought)

Fresh mint leaves

METHOD

  1. In a bowl, combine Vital Health Foods Granola Crunchy Original and coconut oil. Mix until slightly sticky.

  2. Spoon the mixture evenly into the base of 6 short glasses or small jars and press down gently to form a crust. *Chef’s tip: Use the back of a spoon or the base of a small glass to flatten the granola base neatly into each jar.

  3. In a blender, add cottage cheese, honey, Vital Health Foods Collagen Boost Powder, and vanilla essence. Blend until silky smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
