INGREDIENTS

500g uncooked lean beef mince
1 small onion, grated
1 box (200g) Purity Just Add Water Regular Baby Cereal with Milk
1 jar (125ml) Purity Mixed Vegetables

Serving suggestion:
Sugar-free tomato sauce
Fresh fruit, sliced

METHOD

1. Add the mince, grated onion, Purity Just Add Water Regular Baby Cereal with Milk, and Purity Mixed Vegetables to a large mixing bowl.


2. Use a spoon to mix until all the ingredients are well combined. *Chef’s Tip: Any baby-safe seasoning can be added here.


3. Preheat your oven to 180°C, fan-assisted, and lightly grease a large baking dish.


4. Portion the meatball mixture into 36, 1 tablespoon-sized meatballs. Arrange the meatballs into the dish and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and succulent.


5. Remove the meatballs from the oven and allow them to cool for 10 minutes.*Chef’s Tip: The meatballs can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 3 months.


6. Serve the meatballs alongside the sugar-free tomato sauce and sliced fruit, and ENJOY!
