INGREDIENTS

2 packets (68g each) MAGGI Hot & Spicy Noodles

2 tsp garlic, minced

2 tsp brown sugar

2 tbsp bbq sauce

2 medium eggs, beaten

SERVING SUGGESTION:

Spring onion

Sesame seeds

METHOD

1. Add the MAGGI Hot & Spicy Noodles to a medium-sized heat-resistant bowl, and set aside the seasoning packets to use later. Pour boiling water in the bowl until the noodles are covered. Place a plate over the bowl to trap the heat and allow the noodles to rehydrate for 2-3 minutes until al denté. Drain the plain noodles and set aside until needed.

2. Place a medium-sized pan over high heat and lightly grease with vegetable oil.

3. Add the garlic and sauté for a few seconds until fragrant. Add the sugar, bbq sauce and 1 seasoning packet and simmer for 1-2 minutes until slightly thickened. Add the cooked noodles and stir until coated in the sauce. *Chef’s Tip: Work quickly as the dish is cooked on high heat and comes together in a few minutes!

4. Move the noodles to the side of the pan, creating a space for the eggs. Add the beaten eggs the pan and scramble until the eggs are cooked, then incorporate the eggs into the saucy noodles.

5. Serve and sprinkle the remaining seasoning packet and sesame seeds over the dish. Garnish with freshly sliced spring onion and ENJOY!
