1 Pick n Pay Citrus Grapefruit
⅔ cup Pick n Pay Cranberry Juice Blend
Pinch edible silver glitter
10 ice cubes
½ cup sparkling water
METHOD
1. Place the mocktail glasses in the freezer at least 1 hour before making the mocktails. *Chef’s Tip: This will ensure your mocktails stay colder for longer.
2. Prepare the mocktail garnishes by cutting out the green top of a strawberry with a V-shape incision. Then cut the strawberry in half lengthways to reveal a heart-shaped strawberry. Thread one half onto each cocktail skewer and set aside. Cut a slice of the grapefruit, setting the remainder aside for juicing, and cut the slice in half, leaving 2 semi-circles of grapefruit for garnishing.
3. Divide the Pick n Pay Cranberry Juice Blend, the juice of one Pick n Pay Citrus Grapefruit, and the edible glitter between 2 chilled mocktail glasses.
4. Place the ice cubes into a resealable zipper bag and crush the ice using a rolling pin. Add the crushed ice to the mocktail glasses.
5. Add ¼ cup sparkling water to each mocktail glass. Garnish, serve and ENJOY!
