2 jars (125ml each) Purity Mixed Vegetables
6 large eggs
¼ cup milk
¼ cup freshly chopped herbs, of choice (optional)
Pinch of salt & pepper (optional)

METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C on fan-assist and grease 24-hole mini muffin tray with a little butter or oil.
2. In a large jug, add the Purity Mixed Vegetables jars, eggs, milk, herbs & seasonings to taste, and whisk until well combined. *Chef’s Tip: Experiment with different herbs to broaden your baby’s palate!
3. Carefully pour the mixture in the prepared muffin tray and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through a slightly puffed.
4. Allow the egg cups to cool slightly, before serving warm with fresh fruit and ENJOY!
