INGREDIENTS

1 cup Safari Cashews Nuts

1/2 cup Safari Roasted & Salted Peanuts

3/4 cup Safari Dried Mixed Fruit

2 tbsp butter, melted

1/2 cup hard cheese, grated

2 tbsp fresh or dried rosemary


SERVING SUGGESTION:

Sprinkle it on avocado toast, salad etc.

METHOD

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.


2. In a large bowl, combine Safari Cashews, Safari Salted & Roasted Peanuts, melted butter, grated hard cheese, and rosemary. Stir until everything is well coated.


3. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, or until golden and

lightly browned. Keep a close eye to prevent burning. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.


4. On a chopping board, chop the Safari Dried Mixed Fruit into small, bite-sized pieces.


5. Break up the cooled nut mixture into small pieces and gently stir in the chopped dried fruit. Place in a jar to store. *Chefs Tip: Store in an airtight jar for up to 2 weeks.


6.Serve in a bowl for snacking or straight onto your salads or meals for that extra crunch and ENJOY!
