INGREDIENTS

1 bag Lay’s Potato Chips Italian Truffle & Garlic Flavoured
1 block (250g) cream cheese, room temperature
1 tbsp mayonnaise
¼ cup finely chopped basil
4 sun dried tomatoes, chopped, optional
2 tsp dried italian herbs
½ cup grated cheese

SERVING SUGGESTION:
Charcuterie board

METHOD

1.Open the bag slightly and crush the Lay’s Potato Chips Italian Truffle & Garlic Flavoured using a rolling pin until it resembles a coarse crumb. Transfer the crushed chip mixture to a shallow plate or tray.


2. In a large bowl, add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.


3. Use an ice cream scoop or tablespoon to scoop the cheese filling into a ball shape. Aim for the size of 3 tablespoons of mixture per cheese ball.


4. Use your hands to shape the scooped cheese balls into rounder balls. Roll them in the chip crumb, ensuring to press the crumbs to the balls to ensure it sticks.


5. Repeat this until the mixture is finished.


6. Serve immediately on a charcuterie board with a freshly sliced baguette, crudité, cold meats and any other of your favourite snacks and ENJOY!
