2 x 250ml bottles Appletiser Spritzer Apple & Strawberry, plus extra to loosen mixture
1 cup rosé wine
1 cup strawberries, halved
1 lime, juiced
Serving suggestion:
2 fresh strawberries, halved

2 x 250ml bottles Appletiser Spritzer Apple & Exotic Lime, plus extra to loosen mixture
1 cup white wine
2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
1 lime, juiced
Serving Suggestion:
4 apple slices
Squeeze of lime juice
METHOD
APPLE & STRAWBERRY SLUSHY
1. Pour the Appletiser Spritzers and wine into ice trays and freeze overnight.
2. Pop the strawberries into a sealable bag to freeze overnight.
3. Combine the Appletiser Spritzer and wine ice cubes and frozen strawberries in the blender. Add the lime juice and blend until a slushy consistency is reached. Add extra unfrozen Appletiser Spritzer to loosen the mixture if necessary.
4. Pour the slushy mixture into 4 chilled glasses.
5. Garnish each slushy with a halved strawberry and serve immediately. ENJOY on a hot summer’s day!

4. Spritzer to loosen the mixture if necessary.
5. Pour the slushy mixture into 4 chilled glasses.
6. Squeeze the lime juice over the apple slices to ensure they don’t go brown and garnish each glass with a slice of apple. Serve immediately and ENJOY on a hot summer’s day!
