Fruity Pops in Bubbles
Each flavour serves 6
INGREDIENTS
For the mango pops in bubbles:
3 cups mango, peeled and diced
3 tbsp honey
1½ medium lemons, zested and juiced
1 bottle (750ml) Martini Dolce 0.0
For the strawberry pops in bubbles:
3 cups strawberries, hulled and halved
3 tbsp honey
1½ medium lemons, zested and juiced
1 bottle (750ml) Martini Dolce 0.0
For the blueberry pops in bubbles:
3 cups blueberries
3 tbsp honey
6 tbsp apple juice
1 bottle (750ml) Martini Dolce 0.0
METHOD

Combine the ingredients for the mango pops into a blender. Blend until smooth and slushy-like and pour into 6 lollypop moulds. Repeat for the strawberry and blueberry pops, separately.

Insert popsicle sticks into each of the lollypops and place in the freezer to set overnight.

When the fruity pops are set, remove them from the moulds and place each fruity pop in a glass. Fill the glasses with Martini Dolce 0.0 and serve immediately. Enjoy on a hot summer’s day!
