4-Ingredient Coffee & Caramel Ice Cream

2 cups NESTLÉ Whipping Cream 

3 tbsp NESCAFÉ CLASSIC Value Pack 

⅔ tin (240g) NESTLÉ Full Cream Sweetened Condensed Milk

¼ cup NESTLÉ Caramel Treat dairy dessert

Serving suggestion:

Crushed roasted and unsalted nuts


1. Add the NESTLÉ Whipping Cream and NESCAFÉ CLASSIC coffee granules to a large mixing bowl. 

2. Use an electric beater to whip the cream until stiff peaks form or for about 3-5 minutes.*Chef’s Tip: For the best result, ensure the cream is cold before beating.

3. Gently fold the NESTLÉ Full Cream Sweetened Condensed Milk into the whipped cream. Pour the ice cream base into a large freezer-safe dish. 

4. Spoon the caramel into a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 20-30 seconds or until it has softened. Spoon dollops of the store-bought caramel into the ice cream and use a butter knife to swirl the caramel through. Cover and freeze overnight for the best result. *Chef’s Tip: The ice cream can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 3 months. 

5. Scoop and serve the ice cream immediately. Garnish with crushed roasted, unsalted nuts and ENJOY!
