INGREDIENTS
½ cup Oros Original Orange Squash
¼ (56g) cup butter, melted
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
4 large sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced into thin disks
½ cup grated hard cheese, of choice (optional)
Serving suggestion: Fresh chives
Grilled protein, of choice

METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC and grease a round baking dish, 23cm in diameter.
2. In a mixing bowl, add the Oros Original Orange Squash, butter, salt, and ground cinnamon. Mix until well combined and set aside.
3. Arrange the sweet potato disks in a spiral, slightly overlapping, in the baking dish.
4. Pour the glaze evenly over the sweet potatoes and cover with foil. *Chef’s Tip: Covering with foil will ensure the bake does not burn!
5. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes or until the sweet potatoes have softened and the glaze has thickened slightly.
6. Remove the foil cover and switch the oven to grill. Top the bake with cheese, if using, and grill, uncovered, for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and turned golden brown.
7. Garnish with freshly chopped chives, serve as a delicious side dish, and ENJOY!
