Fruit Cocktail Fizz Punch



Serves: 4

Hands-on time: 5 minutes


INGREDIENTS


1 tin (410g) fruit cocktail in syrup 

2 cans (200ml each) Schweppes Indian Tonic Water 

2 cans (200ml each) Schweppes Soda Water 


Serving suggestions: 

Fresh berries 

Mint sprigs


METHOD


1. Add the ice, fruit cocktail fruit and syrup to a large pitcher. *Chef’s Tip: Jam can be used instead of fruit cocktail fruit!

2. Top the pitcher with Schweppes Indian Tonic Water and Schweppes Soda Water, mix until incorporated. *Chef’s Tip: Add gin for an alcohol twist. 

3. Pour the punch into a glass with more ice. Garnish with fresh berries and a sprig of mint, and ENJOY!
