INGREDIENTS

1 tub (1 kg) SPAR Low Fat Wild Berry Yoghurt
1 packet (350g) SPAR Choice Grade Frozen Blueberries
¼ cup honey

Serving Suggestions:
Ginger biscuits, crushed
Fresh mint sprigs

METHOD

1. Add the SPAR Low Fat Wild Berry Yoghurt, SPAR Choice Grade Frozen Blueberries and honey into the blender. Blend until smooth. *Chef’s Tip: Any sweetener can be used instead of honey.

2. Pour the blended mixture into ice trays. Freeze for 6-8 hours or until the yoghurt is frozen solid. *Chef’s Tip: Any Spar Freshline fruits can be frozen and used.

3. Add the frozen cubes back into the blender. Blend until a smooth, velvety mixture forms. Blending the cubes gives the frozen yoghurt a smooth and creamy texture.*Chef’s Tip: The frozen cubes can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 months and blended as needed.

4. Serve a scoop of frozen yoghurt garnished with crushed ginger biscuits and a sprig of mint, and ENJOY! *Chef’s Tip: For a chocolate twist, milk or white chocolate chips can be added when blending.
