INGREDIENTS

600g lean rump steak, cut into thin strips
2 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 bag (200g) tenderstem broccoli, cut into small pieces
2 cloves garlic, crushed
½ cup Vital Health Foods Original Soy Sauce, plus extra to serve
¼ cup honey
3 cups lat rice noodles, cooked

SERVING SUGGESTION:
Toasted sesame seeds
Spring onion, sliced
Red chili, thinly sliced (optional)

METHOD

1. Add the steak and cornflour to a mixing bowl and mix until the steak strips are completely coated.


2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large non-stick frying pan on high heat. Add the coated steak strips to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes until crispy. Remove the steak from the pan and set aside.


3. Add the broccoli to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes until cooked, but still crunchy.


4. Add the beef back to the pan along with the garlic, Vital Health Foods Original Soy Sauce, honey and noodles and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until the glaze has thickened slightly and coated the noodles.


5. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds, spring onion, optional red chilli and an extra dash of soy sauce and ENJOY!
