½ cup honey
¼ tsp salt
4 cups (50g each) Kellogg’s® Coco Pops®
Serving suggestion:
Dark chocolate, melted
*Microwave cooking times may vary due to wattage; use the timings below as a guide.
METHOD
1. Line a 12-holed muffin tray with muffin liners.
2. In a medium-sized heat proof bowl, combine the peanut butter, honey and salt. Microwave until melted, about 3-5 minutes. Stop and stir at 30 second intervals to avoid burning the mixture.
3. Add the Kellogg’s® Coco Pops®, half at a time, stirring until all the Coco Pops® are evenly coated in the peanut butter mixture.
4. Scoop 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each of the prepared muffin liners.
5. If using, drizzle the melted chocolate over each of the clusters in a spiral design. *Chef’s Tip: Melted dark chocolate is a great low-sugar decoration.
6. Allow the clusters to cool and set for about 25-30 minutes or until firm to the touch.
7. Serve the clusters as a lunchbox treat or store in an airtight container until ready to ENJOY! *Chef’s Tip: The clusters can also be used as a no-fuss cake decoration.
