1¼ cup Liqui-Fruit Cranberry Cooler 100% Fruit Juice Blend
1 cup plain double cream yoghurt
½ packet (100g) coconut biscuits, crushed
½ cup crushed berries, or fruit of choice
EXTRAS:
6 small paper cups
6 wooden popsicle sticks/spoons

Fresh fruit
METHOD
1. In a large measuring cup or jug, add 1 cup of the Liqui-Fruit Cranberry Cooler 100% Fruit Juice Blend and yoghurt and whisk until smooth and creamy. Set aside until needed.
2. In a separate mixing bowl, add the crushed coconut biscuits and the remaining ¼ cup of juice. Mix until well combined and set aside.
3. Begin layering the popsicles by dividing the crushed fruit of choice between the 6 paper cups. Divide the yoghurt-juice mixture between cups, while ensuring the fruity base is not disturbed. Freeze for 1-2 hours until semi-set.
4. Finally, spoon the crushed biscuits into the cups for the final layer ensuring the surface is smooth. Insert the popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight until fully set.
5. To release, hold the popsicle sticks and gently tear and peel the paper cups off the popsicles.
6. Drizzle melted white chocolate over the pops, serve immediately or plate on a tray of ice and fresh fruit and ENJOY!
