INGREDIENTS

4 lemon cream sandwich biscuits, crushed
2 cups Danone Ultra Mel Custard Flavoured Dessert Original
1 small lemon, juiced
1 aerosol whipping cream

SERVING SUGGESTION:
Lemon slices
Mint sprig

METHOD

1. Divide the crushed biscuits between 4 small dessert glasses and set aside.


2. In a measuring cup or jug, add the Danone Ultra Mel Custard Flavoured Dessert Original and lemon juice and mix until combined. Divide the custard filling between the dessert glasses.


3. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled.


4. Decorate beautifully with whipped cream, garnish with a sprig of mint and lemon slices and ENJOY!
