INGREDIENTS

1 packet (100g) Safari Dried Mango Strips
1 cup double cream plain yoghurt
320g white chocolate, melted, if dippingOR160g white chocolate, melted, if drizzling
½ packet (50g) Safari Flaked Almonds

METHOD

1. Line a large baking tray with baking paper and set aside, ensuring the tray fits in your freezer.


2. On a chopping board, chop the Safari Dried Mango Strips into small pieces. Add the mango and yoghurt to a mixing bowl and mix until combined.


3. Using a tablespoon, divide the mixture into 8 portions, ensuring the clusters are spaced apart.


4. Freeze for 2-3 hours or until completely solid.


5. Once frozen, drop the frozen clusters, one at a time, into the melted chocolate and use a fork to lift it out and drain the excess chocolate. Alternatively, drizzle the melted chocolate beautifully over the clusters.


6. Place the coated clusters on the baking tray and sprinkle with flaked almonds, while the chocolate is still wet.


7. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for the perfect meal prepped snack and ENJOY!
