INGREDIENTS

1 tin (410g) tomato puree

1 tin (410g) Pnp Let’s Cook Braai Mild & Spicy

2 tsp mild curry powder

6 Pnp Large Eggs

Salt and pepper, to taste


SERVING SUGGESTION:

Fresh coriander leaves

Toasted bread

METHOD

1. Place a large wide pan over medium heat.


2. Add the tomato puree, Pnp Let’s Cook Braai Mild chakalaka & Spicy and curry powder to the pan. Stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes.


3. Using a spatula, create a well in the sauce and crack an egg in the well. Repeat this for the rest of the eggs, spreading them out evenly over the pan.


4. Cover the pan with a lid and allow it to simmer for 3-5 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly and the eggs are cooked to your liking.


5. Season the eggs with salt & pepper and garnish generously with fresh coriander leaves. Serve with toasted bread and ENJOY!
