INGREDIENTS

4 Bokomo Weet-Bix Wholegrain Wheat Biscuits Cocoa Flavoured
1 cup desiccated coconut, plus extra for garnish
1 cup self raising flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
220g butter, melted

SERVING SUGGESTION
½ tub (200g) ready-to-spread chocolate icing, slightly warmed for easy spreading
Glass of milk

METHOD

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a small loaf tin lightly and line it with baking paper.


2. Break the Bokomo Weet-Bix Biscuits into pieces and place them in a mixing bowl along with the desiccated coconut, flour and cocoa powder and stir to combine.


3. Pour the melted butter over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.


4. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking tin and press it down evenly.


5. Bake for 15 minutes and once cooked, allow to cool at room temperature.


6. Spread the slightly warmed icing over the bake, garnish with extra desiccated coconut and refrigerate until the icing has set.


7. Cut into squares, serve with a glass of milk and ENJOY!
