INGREDIENTS

½ cup Nestlé Cremora Original
2 tbsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
6 slices bread of choice, cut into small cubes

SERVING SUGGESTION:
Fresh mixed berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries) for garnish
Icing sugar, for dusting
Honey, for drizzling

METHOD

1. Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a 12-hole or 6-hole muffin tin with cooking spray.


2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together Nestlé Cremora Original, ¾ cup of hot water, vanilla essence, cinnamon, and brown sugar until smooth. Add the eggs and flour, then whisk until fully combined.


3. Add the cubed bread pieces into the mixture, stirring gently to ensure the bread absorbs the liquid evenly.


4. Spoon about 1½ tablespoons of the soaked bread mixture into each muffin cup.


5. Bake for 30 minutes, or until set and golden brown.


6. Let the muffins cool slightly, then dust with icing sugar. Top each muffin with fresh berries and drizzle with honey. Serve and ENJOY!
