INGREDIENTS

6 sachets (20g each) NESTLÉ Fudge Sundae and Chocolate Flavoured Hot Chocolate Drink, plus extra for dusting
½ cup (62g) cake flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp oil, of choice
¼ cup low fat milk

Serving suggestion:
Vanilla ice cream
Mint

METHOD

1. In a wide 15cm round microwavable bowl, add the NESTLÉ Fudge Sundae and Chocolate Flavoured Hot Chocolate, flour, and baking powder and mix until combined.


2. Create a shallow hole in the centre of the dry ingredients and add the oil, milk, and ½ cup of hot water. Whisk with a fork until a smooth batter has formed. *Chef’s Tip: Ensure to mix until there are no lumps!


3. Microwave the cake batter for 3 minutes or until just cooked through. *Chef’s Tip: Important to note that the microwave used in testing was 1350W.


4. Allow the cake to rest, uncovered, for 5 minutes.


5. Dust the top of the cake with more hot chocolate powder. Slice and serve warm with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream and a sprig of mint and ENJOY!
