1 medium fresh, ripe peach, sliced

METHOD
1. Place the peach-flavored tea bag in your mug or teapot. Pour 1 cup of near-boiling water over the tea bag and steep for 3-4 minutes. Remove the tea bag and let the tea cool completely. *Chef’s tip: For a quicker cool-down, you can place the tea in the refrigerator or add a few ice cubes.
2. In a small bowl, combine the Cremora with 2 tablespoons of warm water. Whisk vigorously until a smooth, creamy mixture forms.
3. To the Cremora mixture, add the sweetened condensed milk. Whisk again until well combined. *Chef’s tip: unlike traditional milk, Cremora delivers a distinct, velvety richness and a luxurious mouthfeel that seamlessly blends into this drink, creating a smooth, full-bodied creaminess that simply can't be replicated!
4. Slice the fresh peach. Using a fork, muddle a few slices (about 1/4 of the peach) at the bottom of your serving glass to release their juices and flavour. Add the remaining peach slices to the glass for garnish and extra peach flavour.
5. Fill the glass most of the way with ice. Pour the cooled tea into the glass, leaving some space at the top.
6. Gently pour the prepared Cremora mixture over the top of the tea. Stir gently if desired, or let it sit in layers for a visual effect.
