4 MOCKTAILS
6 POPSICLES

4 HR 15 MINS

INGREDIENTS

For the dehydrated orange slices:

1 fresh orange

For the mocktails:

6 cups ice

1⅓ cups non-alcoholic orange spritz

4 cans (300ml each) Schweppes Premium Tangerine Flavoured Drink

For the popsicles:

½ cup non-alcoholic orange spritz

2 cans (300ml each) Schweppes Premium Tangerine Flavoured Drink

METHOD

For the dehydrated orange slices:

1. On a clean chopping board, thinly slice the oranges and gently dab the slices with a paper towel to remove any excess juice. *Chef’s Tip: Thinly slicing & drying the orange slices speeds up the dehydration process!

2. Place the orange slices in a single layer in the airfryer basket. Airfry at 100°C for 20-25 minutes, turning the slices every 5 minutes until completely dehydrated. Allow the slices to cool completely before storing in an airtight container or jar.

For the mocktails:

3. Divide the ice and non-alcoholic orange spritz between four wine glasses. Add two dehydrated orange slices to each glass and top with Schweppes Premium Tangerine Flavoured Drink.

4. Serve immediately with paper straws and ENJOY!

For the popsicles:

5. Divide the non-alcoholic orange spritz between a 6-hole popsicle mould. Divide one can of Schweppes Premium Tangerine Flavoured Drink between the moulds and add a dehydrated orange to each. The moulds should be half full. *Chef’s Tip: Adjust the ratio of ingredients depending on the size of your popsicle  mould.

6. Place to popsicle mould at a 45° angle in the freezer, ensuring it’s secure. Freeze for 2 hours until solid.

7. Remove the moulds from the freezer and divide the remaining Schweppes can between the moulds until full. Insert a popsicle stick to each mould and freeze for a further 2 hours until completely solid.

8. Place the popsicle mould under running water to remove the popsicles easily. Serve over a tray or bowl of ice and ENJOY!
