INGREDIENTS
3 cups Kellogg’s® All Bran Flakes, plus extra for garnish
1 cup Cappy Tropical Juice
3 cups vanilla yoghurt
Serving suggestion: Fruit, of choice
Mint.
METHOD
1. Add the Kellogg’s® All Bran Flakes to a zip-lock bag and lightly crush with a rolling pin to form coarse crumbs.
2. Add the crushed cereal, Cappy Tropical Juice and 2 cups of yoghurt to a large mixing bowl and stir until well combined. *Chef’s Tip: Alternatively, use any flavour Cappy juice!
3. Divide the mixture between 4 jars and top each jar with the remaining 1 cup of yoghurt. Cover and refrigerate overnight until set. *Chef’s Tip: Alternatively, prep the brekkie cups in a bowl or container!
4. When ready to serve, top each brekkie cup with freshly chopped fruit and a sprinkle of bran flakes. Garnish with a sprig of mint and ENJOY!
