4-Ingredient Sweet Chilli Stir Fry

Serves: 4

Hands-off time: 10 minutes


2 (300g) chicken breasts, cubed

2 packets (68g each) MAGGI 2-Minute Noodles Chicken Flavour

1 cup frozen stir fry vegetables

3 tbsp MAGGI Sweet Chilli Sauce

Serving suggestion:

Sliced spring onion

Toasted sesame seeds


1. Add 4 cups of boiling water to a large pan or wok and add the MAGGI 2-Minute Noodles Chicken Flavour and set aside the flavour sachets. Boil the noodles for 1 minute until slightly undercooked. Drain the noodles and set aside.

2. Oil the pan and bring it to medium-high heat. Add the chicken, frozen vegetables and one flavour sachet and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. *Chef’s Tip: Make use of any quick-cooking veggies!

3. Add the drained noodles back to the pan along with the MAGGI Sweet Chilli Sauce and stir fry for 1 minute. 

4. Serve the noodles in pasta bowls, garnish generously with spring onion and toasted sesame seeds and ENJOY!
