Saucy Durban Curry Noodles



Serves: 4

Hands-off time: 10 minutes


INGREDIENTS


1 tsp vegetable oil

ยฝ onion, diced

2 packets (68g each) MAGGI 2-Minute Noodles Durban Curry

1 cup frozen farm style vegetables

ยผ cup MAGGI Chilli Garlic Sauce


Serving suggestion:

Sliced spring onion

Coriander leaves


METHOD


1. In a medium-sized pot, bring the oil up to medium heat. Add the onion and sautรฉ for 2-3 minutes until softened.


2. Add the MAGGI 2-Minute Noodles Durban Curry along with the flavour sachets, 1ยฝ cups of boiling water and the frozen vegetables. Allow the ingredients to simmer for 2-3 minutes until the noodles are al dentรฉ and the vegetables are cooked. *Chefโ€™s Tip: Make use of any quick-cooking veggies!


3. Switch the heat off and stir in the MAGGI Chilli Garlic Sauce.


4. Serve the noodles in pasta bowls, garnish generously with spring onion and coriander and ENJOY!
