INGREDIENTS
ICE TEA JUGS:
3 cans (300ml each) Lipton Lemon Flavoured Ice Tea
3 cans (300ml each) Lipton Mixed Berries Flavoured Ice Tea
3 cans (300ml each) Lipton Peach Flavoured Ice Tea
FLORAL ICE CUBES:
3 cans (300ml each) Lipton Ice Tea, of choice
1 box (10g) edible flowers
GARNISH:
4 citrus fruits, of choice, sliced
1 box (20g) mint sprigs
2 cups assorted berries, of choice
METHOD
FOR THE ICE TEA JUGS:
1. Decant the Lipton Lemon Flavoured Ice Tea, Lipton Mixed Berries Flavoured Ice Tea, and Lipton Peach Flavoured Ice Tea cans into 3 separate jugs, ensuring each jug is full. Label the jugs with the relevant tea flavours. Cover and refrigerate until needed. *Chef’s Tip: Adjust the amount of ice tea used, depending on the size of jugs.
FOR THE FLORAL ICE CUBES:
2. Divide the 3 cans of ice tea, of choice, between 3 ice trays. Pick the petals off the edible flowers and add 2 petals to each ice cube hole. Freeze for 3-4 hours and until completely solid.
FOR THE GARNISH:
3. Neatly arrange the citrus slices on a plate, add the mint sprigs to a glass and transfer the berries to a serving bowl.
STATION SET-UP:
4. Place the 3 jugs of ice tea at the back of the station. Add the prepared garnishes, and transfer the floral ice cubes to a bowl with an ice pick or spoon. Add a few glasses and straws to the station, ensuring it’s well equipped for guests to DIY their ice teas.
5. Allow guests to assemble their drinks by adding the floral ice to a glass, along with garnishes of choice and topping with the desired ice tea flavour and ENJOY!
